apache-api/8592: PHP module will not load.

Windows 2000 Server. Precompiled MSI file.

php will not load. The result of a correct configured httpd will result in a error that says: unable to remove module mod_php.c
And php4 is not possible to run.
>How-To-Repeat:
Install 1.3.22-win32 on c:\apache
unzip php4 into c:\apache\php
follow the guide in c:\apache\php\install.txt
install php4 as a module.
>Fix:
Remove the mod_php4.c  stuff in httpd.. I don't know why this is used..
