Is there anz tutorial/howto for the mail.xsl and [e]sql.xsl

Hi,

I am looking for any tutorial for the mail.xsl
and [e]sql.xsl, because I'd like to use these 
features but don't know how to use it right.

Is there anybody out there, who can help me?
