Can you please expand on "doesn't work". 

There are JVM issues regarding the shutdown hook. Could you also take a look at
http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=8510
particularly the last comment.

Could you also expland on "all the working directory settings are ignored." comment.
