   This PR targets to improve the usability of the http hive metastore client, by adding support for custom headers and also, supporting default trust store for https.
   
   1. Add a new hive conf to allow users to inject custom headers
   2. Do not force the headers to be http when the useSSL is turned off, so that if the users are able to use https if they want, w/o a custom truststore.
