scrollbar doesn't show even with scrolling="true"

Here's the test gadget with too many lines:

http://hosting.gmodules.com/ig/gadgets/file/101094343342449412966/long.xml

the scrollbar shows in OGCE gadget container and igoogle, but not in Rave.

Is there some configuration missing?

shindig-container.js has a hard coded scrolling="no". See
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SHINDIG-180
