[jira] [Created] (FLEX-33790) Enhancing -compiler.incremental
description
Sword Dragon created FLEX-33790:
-----------------------------------
Summary: Enhancing -compiler.incremental description
Key: FLEX-33790
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLEX-33790
Project: Apache Flex
Issue Type: Improvement
Environment: Linux 3.11 x86_64
Reporter: Sword Dragon
Priority: Trivial
mxmlc -help advanced '-compiler.incremental' gives the following output:
Apache Flex Compiler (mxmlc)
Version 4.10.0 build 0
Copyright 2013 The Apache Software Foundation.
-compiler.incremental
alias -incremental
enables incremental compilation
In my opinion this should be a little more descriptive with the advantages and especially the disadvantages of this option. The adobe documentation gives a hint for this: http://livedocs.adobe.com/flex/3/html/help.html?content=compilers_20.html
If I'm understanding this correctly single projects should be safe but maybe the mxmlc help could describe this a little better.
