   ### Steps to reproduce
   当鼠标移动雷达图端点上，tooltip的设置展示的类型数据在所有维度上的数据；
   
   ### What is expected?
   https://echarts.baidu.com/echarts2/doc/example/radar1.html
   如上述echart2.0  低版本所示，tooltip展示单个维度（该端点）上的数据
   
   ### What is actually happening?
   4.2.1tooltip的设置展示的类型数据在所有维度上的数据；与2.*旧版本效果预期不一致

   项目中，因为雷达度的维度过多，如果展示tooltip展示所有维度上的数据，会导致页面数据过多，异常的混乱，希望能展示该维度上单独的数据
