SQL cursor  implementaton in AI3 support only FORWARD ONLY READ type.
We could implement auto cleanup resources when result set is fully read, to help user avoid waste resources for lost resultsets and clean resources as soon as possible

Start point is implementations of  org.apache.ignite.sql.ResultSet interfaces
