[Xalan2][C2] DOM2Helper's getLocalNameOfNode Problem

Scott,

node.getLocalName() returns null for attributes that i create at runtime after parsing the XML
document as follows:

    Element root = document.getDocumentElement();
    root.setAttribute("file-name", name);
    root.setAttribute("file-path", path);
    root.setAttribute("creation-date", String.valueOf(new Date().getTime()));

node.getLocalName() returns null for these three attributes....
