The orgchart code relies on the content of text files under 

https://svn.apache.org/repos/private/foundation/officers/personnel-duties

whilst most of this information is only defined in these files, the id: field is a copy of info that is defined elsewhere.

For example, chairs of some committees, infra-chair and infra-admin are all defined in committee-info.txt

This means that the information may be out of date.

Either the code should get the info from the canonical source, or some way should be found to keep the data files up to date.
