config directory in /tools/puppet3/modules/lb/files/

Hi,

Is this config directory and its contents necessary?

incubator-stratos/tools/puppet3/modules/lb/files/configs
incubator-stratos/tools/puppet3/modules/lb/files/configs/bin
incubator-stratos/tools/puppet3/modules/lb/files/configs/bin/stratos.sh
