[jira] [Commented] (JAMES-1557) Add a Cassandra mailbox
implementation
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JAMES-1557?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=14117602#comment-14117602 ]
Eric Charles commented on JAMES-1557:
-------------------------------------
Just upload the patch here to enroll mailbox-cassandra.
I you also want the users, domains and rrt management in cassandra, so yes, you will need to implement james-data-cassandra.
But you could leave those to jpa for example, only the mails would be stored in canssandra.

> Hi,
> I have pushed a mailbox implementation over Cassandra on the Apache James Mailbox sub-project. To use this implementation we need the Cassandra option in MailboxConfigurationBeanFactoryPostProcessor.java and little modification on pom.xml.
> I have a patch for this but we also need the Cassandra mailbox implementation in James/data.
> What is the best way to do this ?

> Philippe
