I think there are two actions here.

 

{*}ACTION{*}: Update documentation to indicate that PMCs should put their PMC alias there. For the look, I think it should be `Apache <Foo> PMC <private@foo.apache.org`, which I think is what Roman intended with 'Project'.

 

{*}ACTION{*}: Update the matrix to replace individual names with the PMC names. I'm not seeing a need to have each PMC review that change.
