Don't know where else to put this but the website:

[https://activemq.apache.org/components/cms/]

presents a link to "Read the Docs".  When clicked you come to:

[http://activemq.apache.org/components/cms/documentation]

Which presents a link to view the API under "API Reference", yet when you click on that link, it redirects you right back to the home page:

[https://activemq.apache.org/components/cms/]

SO, it appears you can't get to the API.
