Model vs Project

Howdy,

In JIRA I have changed the following components:

pom --> model
pom additions --> model additions

For a description of the difference between the model and project look
here:

This separation will be critical for internal sanity, makes inheritance
and interpolation easy, and will allow the proliferation of tools which
is currently a big problem.
