While Airflow supports connecting to Redis https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AIRFLOW-999

It does not support Redis in Cluster mode.

Since Redis and Redis Cluster has different working mechanism, and their clients are incompatible to each other,
the proposal is to add another set of hooks and sensors for Redis Cluster (rather than to extend the existing one).
