$ export STRATOS_URL="https://ec2-54-254-122-213.ap-southeast-1.compute.amazonaws.com:9445"
[udara@udara:~/projects/stratos/products/stratos-cli/distribution/target/apache-stratos-cli-4.0.0-SNAPSHOT
$ ./stratos.sh -u admin -p admin
Username: admin
Authentication failed. Please set the STRTOS_URL

Though I have set the stratos_url I haven't started the Stratos Manager. It will be better if the error message is "Stratos manager is not running " or something. Otherwise a user will be mislead
