   ### Description
   
   At present, in the Manager's Request, most of the length of each parameter field value is not limited, so that the data is not known until it is written to the DB, or is truncated for storage.
   
   This issue is mainly for the annotation definition in advance of the table field length setting in the database, and the fields that do not meet the requirements will be checked when the request is first received
