    * Solr: fix broken links to the Solr 9.10 reference guide and javadoc
    
    Motivation:
    The Solr links in the docs return 404. Solr moved its reference guide
    to an Antora layout under guide/solr/<version>/ and split the SolrJ
    javadoc into per-module directories (solrj/, solrj-streaming/).
    
    Modification:
    Point extref.solr.base_url at guide/solr/9_10/ and update the commits
    link to configuration-guide/commits-transaction-logs.html, where the
    UpdateHandler content now lives. Derive the javadoc base URL from
    SolrjVersion, point it at the solrj/ module and add a dedicated base
    URL for org.apache.solr.client.solrj.io.stream pointing at
    solrj-streaming/. Use direct link style: the Solr javadoc index no
    longer redirects the frames-style ?path query to the class page.
    
    Result:
    All Solr links on the Solr connector page resolve.
    
    Tests:
    - sbt docs/paradox; every solr.apache.org URL in the generated
      solr.html returns 200 and points at the class or section page.

    None - link checker reported 404s on docs/pekko-connectors/snapshot/solr.html
