The reorganization of licenses for images includes links to the license, that
look like:

    http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.0/deed.en

which go to a page which says:

    This is a human-readable summary of (and not a substitute for) the license.

I think we should be using a link to the license (which is linked from that page).

Probably not a blocker, since the license is one click more away...
