When i check in my changes, i get the error below

Tried with 

svn ci -m "Committing documentation to the Web site for 4.1.1" --username=ilya --config-option=servers:global:http-library=serf

and

svn ci -m "Committing documentation to the Web site for 4.1.1" --username=ilya 

Error Message:

This is the second time i'm pushing to SVN and second time i'm having issues. Please help.
