[CANCEL] [VOTE] Release Apache Felix Http Service 2.1.0

Hi,

I hereby cancel this vote for the 2.1.0 release because the NOTICE files
not only had wrong copyright years but also are not valid according to
ASF rules: They should only contain required NOTICES and not optional
ones (those belong to DEPENDENCIES or similar files).
