   Add log lines when committing/retrieving watermarks to help debug issues where watermarks are not advancing as expected. These are probably useful to see in general anyway.

   Tested log line in test pipeline

       1. Subject is separated from body by a blank line

       4. Subject uses the imperative mood ("add", not "adding")
