The {{Scrypt}} primitive and {{ScryptCipherProvider}} should enforce validation on the desired key length value {{dkLen}}. 

Add unit tests to exercise validation in {{ScryptGroovyTest}} and {{ ScryptCipherProviderGroovyTest}}.
