I doubt that that currently is possible. Although there is a function
CONVERT_ADD what can handle value conversion due to units, I think the "unit
concept" only is implemented for currencies (even here I am not sure), anything
else seems to be simply a string behind a numeric value. 

So I think before AOO does not know (Localized) units of measurement there can
not be a conversion of values due to (Localized7SI) units of measurement
