Update Oracle Java version in some installation OpenMeetings 4.0.3 tutorials

Hello,

The follow tutorials have being updated, the
step referent to Oracle Java 8 version to 1.7.2:

Installation OpenMeetings 4.0.3 on Centos 6.9

Installation OpenMeetings 4.0.3 on Centos 7

Installation OpenMeetings 4.0.3 on El Capitan OS X

Installation OpenMeetings 4.0.3 on Fedora 27

Installation OpenMeetings 4.0.3 on Gentoo

Installation OpenMeetings 4.0.3 on macOS High Sierra

Installation OpenMeetings 4.0.3 on macOS Sierra

Installation OpenMeetings 4.0.3 on openSUSE Leap 42.3

Installation OpenMeetings 4.0.3 on Windows 10


...the rest of tutorials use OpenJava with automatic
update.
