Re: [I] `EksPodOperator` with in_cluster=False does not work when running in deferrable mode [airflow]

I am trying to replicate this issue, I have created an EKS cluster, I can connect to it from my terminal using kubectl, but when I try to use it with **EKSPodOperator** it returns the following error:
HTTP response body: {"kind":"Status","apiVersion":"v1","metadata":{},"status":"Failure","message":"pods is forbidden: User \"system:anonymous\" cannot list resource \"pods\" in API group \"\" in the namespace \"default\"","reason":"Forbidden","details":{"kind":"pods"},"code":403}
It is very similar to the error in this issue for the same operator: https://github.com/apache/airflow/discussions/37178
Any idea where this comes from ?
_Knowing that I tried s3 operators to check the connection to AWS and it works fine. I also updated the aws-auth configmap_
