[Apache Fineract] Work on 1.0.0 release has started

Hi all



We have started work on Apache Fineract 1.0.0 release and I have created a
tracking jira FINERACT-457
<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FINERACT-457> for the same and plan
to branch tentatively on 15th May 2017. If any of you working on
issues/enhancements please try to send PR by this week end 12th May 2017.
