OFBiz JIRA issue changes

Hi to all,

I have assigned to all the issues that has not unknown component one real-one.
Probably there are still some compoment that doesn't correct for some task but it's better than unknown.
I made those changes to understand where I can help to review patches.
I have seen that some new application added recently was not selectable on the issue creation, here in details the lists:

- bi
- cmssite
- ebay
- googlebase
- googleCheckOut
- oagis

It's really cool to see these components out of  "main" OFBiz. They are really more visible now.
