Well in any other environment other than open source that's usually a bad thing to have directory listing enabled lol.

Don't rename as the email went out with with explorer in it, just copy please.

Agreed. We should just rename explorer.html to index.html.  since that is
the default for the directory, we don't need to worry about the other
combinations.

Should we just change the explorer.html to index.html instead.  That should cover the / and the index.html ones automatically.
