[RESULT][VOTE] Release Apache Airflow Mypy 0.1.0 based on 0.1.0rc2

Hello,

The vote to release Apache Airflow Mypy 0.1.0 based on 0.1.0rc2 is now
closed.

The vote PASSED with 3 binding +1 votes, no +0, and no -1 votes.
