[PR] Collect BanyanDB data and access logs on e2e test failure [skywalking-banyandb]

wu-sheng opened a new pull request, #1030:
URL: https://github.com/apache/skywalking-banyandb/pull/1030

   ## Summary
   - Enable ingestion and query access logs (`--enable-ingestion-access-log --enable-query-access-log --access-log-root-path /tmp`) across all e2e Docker Compose and Kind tests
   - Add `cleanup.collect` sections to all 11 e2e YAML files to collect BanyanDB data directories (`/tmp/trace/`, `/tmp/stream/`, `/tmp/measure/`, `/tmp/property/`, `/tmp/schema-property/`, `/tmp/accesslog/`) on test failure
   - Bump `skywalking-infra-e2e` to `e26033e` (collect-on-failure with glob pattern support)
   - Remove custom `--stream-root-path` / `--measure-root-path` from lifecycle data-generator, use default `/tmp` root path consistently
   - Remove ASF license header from AGENTS.md to reduce AI assistant token waste

   Ref: https://github.com/apache/skywalking/pull/13765

   ## Test plan
   - [ ] Verify all e2e tests pass in CI (storage, cluster, event, profiling, zipkin, rover)
   - [ ] Confirm `banyandb-data` artifact is uploaded on test failure containing data and access log directories
