   ##### SUMMARY
   <!-- Explain the problem/feature briefly -->
   Currently cloudstack stores the logs till DEBUG level in /var/log/cloudstack/management/management-server.log and also in /var/log/syslog resulting in same log being stored in two locations and this can eat up disk space as well.

   Should we store all the log levels in /var/log/cloudstack/management/management-server.log and just WARN and above in /var/log/syslog ?

   Its just about changing the log level for the `CONSOLE` appender to `WARN` from `DEBUG`

   ##### STEPS TO REPRODUCE
   <!--
   For bugs, show exactly how to reproduce the problem, using a minimal test-case. Use Screenshots if accurate.

   For new features, show how the feature would be used.
   -->

   <!-- Paste example playbooks or commands between quotes below -->
   ~~~
   Do a tailf on /var/log/syslog and /var/log/cloudstack/management/management-server.log
   and you will see same log in both places
   ~~~

   <!-- You can also paste gist.github.com links for larger files -->

   ##### EXPECTED RESULTS
   <!-- What did you expect to happen when running the steps above? -->

   ~~~
   Expecting all log levels in /var/log/cloudstack/management/management-server.log and
   WARN and above in  /var/log/syslog
   ~~~

   If you think that this is fine, then we can close the issue.
