Web I18N & Multilingism Symposium (fwd)

Is someone knowlegeable about multilingual issues with Apache and interested in
travelling to Spain to talk about it at a W3C symposium?  Please respond to me,
and I'll forward it along.

The Symposium is organized by the W3C and will take place 20-22 Nov 96 in 
Sevilla (Spain).  If you want to take an active part, please 
let me know; I could arrange for the travelling+hotel expenses.  
Otherwise, could you recommend somebody really active in the Apache tribe ?
