I had added two clay components to my test example which had the same id
accidentally. The application froze instead of reporting about duplicate id.

The problem is reproduced on my side if I add:
	<clay:clay id="dup" jsfid="city"/>
	<clay:clay id="dup" jsfid="state"/>

just after <h:form> on the rolodex.jsp of shale-usecase app.
