controlhaus access

Since it looks like activity is picking up at Controlhaus, those of
you who need/want access to the resource there need to jump through
the sign-up hoop.  Single-signup to get access to Subversion, JIRA,
and Confluence over there.  All web content is confluence-driven at
Controlhaus, filtered through a few hundred lines of perl so it looks
less like a wiki.

The sign-up URL is:

	http://controlhaus.org/Signup

You /must/ give a valid email address (don't add @nospam.bea.com type
of stuff), since we do VRP-style email verifcation.  You'll get an
email to which you must reply in order to have your account activated.
Once you're in the system, it's fairly quick for us to (manually) grant
you greater access to the tools.
