It should be possible to say "display results for all rules that were
last modified in the past week".
(It would be acceptable to do this on a source file-by-file basis,
by using the modtime of the rulesrc/* source file, even though that
might include several rules that hadn't changed.)

this is related to bug 4984 ('RFE: ruleqa display rules by source file'), btw.
they should probably share a similar UI.
