JIRA goodness

Hi,

I think things are relatively under control now. There are still 50
"core" issues that should probably be funnelled out and be assigned to a
more descriptive component and there are still 29 "No component" issues.

I think I have had enough of JIRA for a fews days but if anyone else
wants to look just add components if you think another category is
required.

When the final cleanup is done people who want to be responsible for
plugins and/or components in the core can be setup to have a list mailed
to them periodically. I was thinking once a week as a reminder of
outstanding issues. There are certainly a lot of duplicates as well
which was just to hard to see with several hundred issues within one
project.

JIRA could certainly do with a Swing client. JIRA probably as one of the
best web interfaces I've seen but webapps are just simply annoying as
far as user productivity goes.
