Harmony hdk/jdk/jre snapshot archives created with federated build miss execution permissions for some executable files. After archives are unpacked one need to add execution permissions to these files manually.
The problem is in <tar> and <zip> tasks specified in build.xml, which explicitly list executable files to be packed with execution permissions. List of such files is outdated and needs update.

Attachment: fix_execution_permission_in_federated_build.patch
I'm attaching patch that updates list of executable files in <tar> and <zip> tasks specified in build.xml. It adds all jdk/bin/* files, removes outdated java.exec and eclipse.sh files, and fixes problem with .exe suffixes on Windows.
To check this patch, build HDK snapshot with updated federated build, unpack *.tar.gz and *.zip archives, and check execution permission of executable files in jdk/bin and jre/bin directories.
