Name change done in revision 603230, I think I have changed all instances of "microjax" as a client-visible filename or parameter to "ujax".

The prefix for μsling-specific request parameters is now "ujax:" instead of "ujax_"

I haven't changed the names of packages and classes, that would mean too many unnecessary changes, but on the other hand I have used "μsling" instead of "microsling" in the default html pages.
