Increase Video Resolution

Hello everyone,

Is there a way to increase the video resolution in our VMs (Windows XP). They are all at 1024 x 768 and they don't let me increase it (even though the slider is to the left). Is there a different video driver I could install in the base image that would allow that?

We're currently running VCL 2.2.1 using VMWare Server 2.x

Thanks,
Adam

Thank you Dmitri,

I knew I had to be missing something.

Will each user have to go in and change their own preferences? Would changing it to Full Screen be advantageous? Is there any way to set it so that multiple resolutions are available so the user can change it after opening the RDP session?

Thanks,
Adam

Hi Adam.

Are you referring to RDP session resolution?
If it's RDP related, then you will find it under User Preferences -> RDP File Preferences.

Thank you.
