In detail it looks like as some dependencies of the o.a.stanbol.commons.solr.core module are not correctly included (and unpacked) resulting in NoClassFound exceptions for the ICU tokenizer factory

The current plan is to switch away from the assembly plugin and use the shade plugin instead for creating the runable jar. This because the shade plugin allows concatenating META-INF/services/ files.
