[VOTE] Release Traffic Server v3.0.2

Hi folks,

I've prepared a package for a v3.0.2 release. Please take a look at the
artifacts, check the STATUS/README/CHANGES files, and do builds and tests.
After finishing your examination of the release candidate, please cast your
±/0 votes, I will call the vote on Dec 07th, 2011. The src tar-ball and
signatures are available in

     http://people.apache.org/~igalic/releases/

The relevant files are

-rw-r--r-- 1 igalic igalic 2406437 Dec 4 22:01 trafficserver-3.0.2.tar.bz2
-rw-r--r-- 1 igalic igalic 836 Dec 4 22:01 trafficserver-3.0.2.tar.bz2.asc
-rw-r--r-- 1 igalic igalic 62 Dec 4 22:01 trafficserver-3.0.2.tar.bz2.md5
-rw-r--r-- 1 igalic igalic 70 Dec 4 22:01 trafficserver-3.0.2.tar.bz2.sha1

Checksums are

MD5 (trafficserver-3.0.2.tar.bz2) = 0f8e5ce658d28511001c6585d1e1813a
SHA1 (trafficserver-3.0.2.tar.bz2) = b09d55cdcfa0d14620fdf84b4c503a4d03b1448d

This is primarily a bug fix release, but we also include a couple of new
features w.r.t. to SSL. For a full listing, see:

FC16 (64-bit) and FC7 (32-bit).
