URL resolver for googlecode.com fails to download

Hi,

I'm running ivy from an ant build script (execute-ivy.xml see below) and getting the following:

The weird thing is if I try and download the URL http://omcutil.googlecode.com/files/omcutil-sources-1.2.1.jar in a browser it will work, and then if I go back and run the script it will execute OK.

I'd like it to work the first time without having to "prime" it by going to the URL via the browser.

Any ideas what is going on? Thanks for your help.
