> Components: KVM
> Affects Versions: 4.5.0

> Fix For: 4.5.0

> Repro steps:
> 1. Create a Zone with two cluster each having one LXC host
> 2. Create some ha enabled VM
> 3. Shutdown host machine having ha enabled VM and wait till the status of agent is disconnected on MS
> 4. start host machine
> Bug:
> Ha enabled VM goes to stop state as soon as Host machine comes up and agent status is up on CS
> Expected result:
> HA enabled VM should restart
> Additional information
> For all that time when Host was shutdown the agent state was disconnected and all the HA enabled is shown as up and running but as soon as I restarted Host the HA enabled VM stopped . Ideally HA thread should kick in and restart those VM on other or same host .
> Attaching MS and agent log
