option to make dirs in resources directory view as classpath

Older versions of this plugin used to set up the src/main/resources as a classpath so the directories looked like packages.
Currently they are set up to look like a navigator view.

I liked the old way of displaying, particularly since the resources *are* in the classpath. 
I'd like the there to be an option to allow directories to be shown as a package rather than a dir tree.

I'll even make the mod is someone will apply the patch.
