[jira] [Commented] (CB-3409) FileReader.readAsText error:
e.target.error.code = "JSON error"
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-3409?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13659579#comment-13659579 ]
Andrew Grieve commented on CB-3409:
-----------------------------------
It's true the error message isn't great, but the problem is that .readAsText takes a File or Blob object and not a string.
I think the fix we should make here is to validate the parameter to readAsText().
> FileReader.readAsText error: e.target.error.code = "JSON error"
