Ambari 2.1.0, clean install of HDP 2.2.4.2

1) made a config changes to yarn, changed min container size
2) saved, that made v2
3) did not do any restarts
4) made v1 current, which reverts and makes v3
5) but my restart didn't clear. I do a compare from v1 -> v3 and it shows a change to scheduler -- which I did not change.
6) it inserted this into the scheduler w/o telling me.
