osoa.org Web site

The osoa.org Web site is now live.  The latest draft SCA and SDO
specifications are publicly downloadable from this site.  There's
also a page introducing Tuscany:
  http://www.osoa.org/display/Main/Apache+Tuscany+Project+Overview

Suggestions for changes or improvements to this page are most
welcome.  I'm happy to volunteer to collate and apply any changes
(until I leave for vacation at the end of this week).
