Comitted in r1511209.

My initial through was to make it a sub of org.apache.ace.obr, but that proofed difficult due to that fact that one has old bindex stuff on the classpath. Therefore, I have introduced a separate org.apache.ace.bnd project to home Bnd specific extensions.
